Gmail is currently the email service for William & Mary students and alumni (that graduated in or after Spring 2007). Powered by Google, it also includes several additional G Suite Apps, like Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Google provides unlimited data storage for G Suite accounts.

Getting Started
New to William & Mary? Log in to your G Suite email account.
- Google's excellent Workspace office suite is nearly as powerful and flexible as Microsoft 365, despite only offering online apps. This browser-based approach means that its apps are available for.
- G Suite is free. G Suite offers integration between files stored on the Google Drive and all other Google Apps functions. Among other things, this means: Groups, like listservs, will be able to maintain their own files. Sites made in Google Apps will have their own file repositories, which obviates the need to upload files to a site.
- Karaoke software by kJams provides the options to host karaoke shows at home or at multiple venues. Choose from 'kJams Lite', 'kJams Pro' or 'kJams 2'.
Newly admitted students: please allow 24 hours after submitting your deposit to access your G Suite account.
- Go to email.wm.edu (student and fac/staff with gmail-enabled accounts) or gsuite.wm.edu (all accounts)
- In the CAS login screen, enter your W&M Username (i.e. tjefferson) and password
Click Login.
Duo Two-Factor Authentication
Currently enrolled students must enroll in Duo Two-Factor Authenticationto access G Suite.
